This week, Chemclean was contacted for our condenser cleaning. Our task was to use our high-pressure cleaning machines to clean fin fan coolers in a processing plant. Our highly qualified and experienced operators performed this task with a T30 / hot machine.
When we arrive at a workplace, the first step is to determine the cleaning intensity required and which tools would suit the job. On evaluation, we found that the condenser was contaminated with grease and grease. Hot water is a fantastic ingredient that can easily remove such accumulations.
It is common for us to have to use a range of equipment for tasks such as condenser cleaning, for which we had to use a spinning nozzle and a flat jet nozzle. A spinning nozzle was used to clean the pipes inside, and a flat jet nozzle was used to clean the pipe surfaces and covers.
After completing a task, we always wait for customer feedback, and this time the feedback was more than positive. Overall, the customer was very satisfied with the results and even mentioned using Cheamclean to maintain the system in the future.
After cleaning of fin-fan cooler, plant load was increased to 100% air flow across fin-fan cooler which was measured before and after. It was observed that there was a lot of dust & dead insects which were causing poor air flow across fin-fan.
